What does each status mean?
- Being prepared: the shipment has been collected and is being packed, with its documents prepared before loading.
- On the way to the port: inland transport to the port or airport.
- Departed: the shipment is on board the vessel, aircraft or truck.
- Arrived at destination port: unloading and clearance procedures have started in the destination country.
- Under clearance: the stage whose duration varies most, depending on the shipment’s documents and the destination country’s rules.
- Out for delivery: on its way to the final address.
If there’s no update for more than two days, send your shipment number again and we will follow it up with our agent in the destination country.
